because I need a solution very urgent I post this issue here while having a support ticket too. Maybe some other user here have an idea:
I have an event (free, not paid) with a limited capacity. When that is reached the users can register for the waiting list. Good so far but they can register for waiting list as often as they want. That leads to the following problem:
Let's say an the event has only a capacity of 1 seat
- User A registered for the event
- the event is full!
- User B registered for waiting list for the event two times (so User B is listed in the waiting list with ID1 and ID2)
- User A cancels the registration for the event
- 1 seat free again for the Event
- User B is moved automatically from the waiting list to the registrants list for the event
- Event is full again
- User A decides to register again for the event and has to go to the waiting list with ID3
- User B cancels the registration for the event
- User B is moved automatically from the waiting list to the registrants list (because of ID2!!) and so he is registered again instead of User A
Anyone an idea to fix that?
