A few problems with recurring events

1. Recurring Events: I set up a recurring event called "Wednesday Volunteer Signup", for every Wednesday for the next 2 years. When someone signs up, neither the thank you page nor email confirmations mention WHICH DAY the signup was for! This event occurs every week for 2 years. There is no option to include the date of the event in any type of confirmation or notification.

2. When I am setting up a new event, after I click "Save" I sometimes get a message that the recurring event options were not set up properly. Okay, but when I try to go back and fix it, I have lost ALL the data and have to type *everything* all over again. Then if I still get an error message I again have to re-enter *everything*! Very inconvenient and time-consuming.

3. On the front end of the site, when I want to view the list of who has signed up for a particular event, the popup box goes behind the header area of my template, so I cannot see the top part of the popup box.

I was able to fix the popup with:
#GB_window {
z-index: 15000 !important;
}

But I still need the event date in the confirmation/notification emails, since the recurring events all have the same title.

Also, I noticed I had a typo in the Event's title, so I edited the parent event, but the 103 children events did not update. Do I have to go into each of the 103 child events and update them individually?

Hi

1. Recurring Events: I set up a recurring event called "Wednesday Volunteer Signup", for every Wednesday for the next 2 years. When someone signs up, neither the thank you page nor email confirmations mention WHICH DAY the signup was for! This event occurs every week for 2 years. => Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, in Themes tab, set Show Event Date config option to Yes and the Event Date will be included !

Also, I noticed I had a typo in the Event's title, so I edited the parent event, but the 103 children events did not update. Do I have to go into each of the 103 child events and update them individually?

=> When you edit the parent event to update title, description, price..., please check on the checkbox Update Children events and these information will be updated to children events !
