Enhancement Request List was created by patgaytx
I've prioritized the ones I would like to see first, second, etc...
I am a Software QA Tester and would be happy to QA in exchange for the enhancements being added.
First Priority
Second Priority
Third Priority
Fourth Priority

First Priority
-
Event Prices start date/time and end date/time so that prices can be automatically changed depending on dates provided. (changing price on event must not change already purchased registrations) I know that the early bird special option exists, but this isn't really an early bird option. As the event date gets closer to the current date, we raise prices to encourage people to register sooner so we can plan more appropriately. Listing a full price of the event and then subtracting confuses customers. We raise prices 4 times and would like to automatically control when the price should increase
SMS Reminders via EZ-Texting (similar to softventure.com's appointment booking pro software)
Display Group Users in Registrants exploded instead of one row
Store Registration Date and Time instead of just the date
In Export show additional fields (coupon code, coupon amount, total payment, Unique identifier for each registrant, payment method, payment status, tax rate, tax amount)
Need Unique ID for each registrant in export to csv file. This number should never be reused.
When using Group Registration, one user should be able to select a checkbox that says: “Use for Billing” and that user’s information should be passed forward to the Billing Information Form.
When a user pays through PayPal (or any other payment method), description should be user configurable. For example, {EventName} - {RegistrantFirstName} {RegistrationLastName} {RegistrantEmailAddress} or whatever the user decides This will make it substantially easier to match up PayPal payments with registrants in Event Reg Pro, especially when more than one person registers and pays with a single transaction.
Second Priority
-
Ability to register someone else on front end which can be hidden based on user auth level (shouldn't have to login to backend to manually add a new registrant).
Add a Drop Down under Messages tab in Configuration where you can select the different emails/message pages one by one and edit them separately instead of showing all emails/message pages at the same time
Ability to disable Event Hyperlink from Registrants option
When viewing Registrants List on Event Properties page, group users should be exploded instead of one row
Third Priority
-
Add option to Custom Fields list to allow selection of where the custom field is used (display and toggle)
Limit Custom Field size by length (badge name, ie)
Need a field type restriction for phone (xxx-xxx-xxxx) (format user configurable)
Need a field type restriction for birthdate (xx/xx/xxxx) (format user configurable)
Fields limit input to field type (ie ZIP should be # only)
Hide all the Menu Options when creating a Menu item that don't matter.
Fourth Priority
-
Ability to print/export event report on front end (like existing admin function) which can be hidden based on user auth level
Ability to accept Picture files as a custom field (limit file size, support automatic resizing)
Registrants page should show a total number of registrants with # pending, ie: Accepted: x, Pending: y, Total: (x+y)/<Max>
Ability to collect tax on registrations and items definable for each item and registration
iPhone application for backend management of registrants (see softventure.com) using the XML-RPC functionality. Should be able to: See Total Number of people registered, see users registered and their data, & Change Payment Status.

Hi
Thanks so much for suggesting these very nice feature. Right now, I am busy with some higher priority features and don't have time work on these items yet . After completing the features which I want to make available in the next release, I will come back on the features you suggested here and implement it into the extension .
Regards,
Tuan

We have also had a request from one of our clients using Event Booking for text reminders instead of/in addition to email reminders. A lot of their users don't have email addresses. (We already had to work around that one with generating fake email addresses so they can still register for events.)
They'd probably be willing to put some money towards it if that will help with getting it developed more quickly.
