validation QR tickets remaining was created by Sebastian
Dear Tuan Pham Ngoc,

We have a suggestion that we believe could be very useful. When validating QR codes on the web page that accesses the camera, it would be ideal to see how many tickets are still left to be validated for each ticket type. Would there be any possibility of developing this feature?Thank you for your time, and we appreciate your continuous improvements to the plugin.

Best regards,

Sorry Sebastian, I missed this question. So you are using ticket types ? What's current message shows at the moment and how you want to change it? Please give us more information so that we can understand the request and see if it is possible to implement that feature. If Yes, we will implement it

Regards,

Tuan

Dear Tuan:

Ticket Validation Monitoring Requirement

The system must allow real-time monitoring of ticket validation status during the event.

Specifically, it must be possible to:
• View how many tickets have already been validated (checked in)
• View how many tickets are still pending (not yet validated)
• Display this information separately for each ticket type (typically two ticket categories)

Web-Based User Interface

A web-based user interface (UI) is required with the following characteristics:
• The UI must be accessible from a browser (desktop, tablet, or mobile)
• It must display live counters for each ticket type:
• Total tickets
• Validated tickets
• Remaining tickets
• The data must update in real time or near real time while tickets are being scanned

Camera-Based Ticket Validation
• Tickets are validated using a camera-based scanning system (e.g., QR code scanning)
• Each successful scan must immediately update the backend database
• The UI must reflect these changes instantly, without requiring a page reload
