I use a lot Acymailing to send emails to the registered users.
Just an asked (by me) update came out that when a user is cancelled it is removed from the linked list.
Now when a registration is moved to the next event it is still on that list.
So the idea is when you move move a registration.
Remove them from selected lists and add them to the lists of the other event.
