For a custom fee field, when we use +15, it increases the cost by 15.
When we use -15, it decreases the cost by 15.
Lets include a new format, like (15), which would bring the total cost to 15, regardless of pricing, early-bird, member-discount, etc. This single change would give so much power to the existing fee-field feature.
