Create a read-only custom field indicating current MP subs andor Joomla group(s) was created by intouchweb

I would like to add a read-only custom field to an event booking form that indicates the user's current subscription status in Membership Pro and/or Joomla group(s).
This is to indicate why they are receiving a member discount or not based on theior current membership status.
Is this currently possible?
