Ticket validation: Display and check custom fields was created by Janiko
Hello Tuan,
we are using your tool (which is great) for booking time lots on a motocross track. The only issue is, that they have to manually sign a disclaimer and send this via email (scanned and signed version). We discussed that already with our lawyer to accept a checkbox in the registration process, like the one for the data privacy. But no way, we need this manuell signed document. As a result, we can currently not use the ticket validation via QR code, because we need to check if we have received the disclaimer of this person.
Now the question, would it be possible to display (and check) a few fields by validating the ticket?
Super nice would be to show the name of the participant, the event, and some custom fields (in our case a flag if the disclaimer was signed). In addition (but nice to have), would be the possibility to setup some validation rules if the user can sign in for this event (green message) or not (red message). If some preconditions (in our case, the disclaimer flag is not set )are not fulfilled the message would be red.
Thank you and best regards
Janiko

Hi Janiko
If I understand your request correctly, you want that when scanning the QRCODE, the system will display certain information related to the registration record? If so, you just need to go to Events Booking -> Translation, change the language item :
- EB_CHECKED_IN_SUCCESSFULLY
- EB_CHECKED_IN_REGISTRATION_PENDING
For these language items, you can insert any tags to show information you want like in the email messages. For example, to insert value of a custom field, just use syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE] like [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME]...
Regards,
Tuan
