Hi,
When I use the method (by entering a value in Registrant waitinglist notification email subject) of automatically mailing everyone on de mailing list, I cannot put a link to a payment request, or a link to cancel membership of the waiting list. Only a link to the event itself is possible.
This has an undesirable effect, that registering for the event does not clear the waiting list entry for the registrant. The registrant will get emails for every cancellation afterward, even if he/she already has registered. And because no cancel link can be included, the registrant cannot get rid of that.
I would love the following improvement:
- Direct link to payment possible in the Registrant waitinglist notification email, so that the waiting list entry can be changed in a proper registration. [PAYMENT_LINK]
- Link to enable cancel registration / waiting list entry possible. [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK]
