Currently, I am told it is not possible to use Ticket Types with the shopping cart. I've also experienced being unable to register a group with "Ticket Types" turned on.
- I would ask you to expand their capabilities. Allow Ticket types to be used in every type and configuration
- Allow them to be edited before checkout.
- Allow individual ticket types to affect capacity (right now, it's an all or nothing thing).
Example:
- You have a board room with a capacity of 20.
- You've created a ticket type that is a resource (a projector) so that registrants can choose whether they want one or not.
This should not affect the capacity limit.
- You also have a ticket type for Booth seating.
This should affect the capacity limit.
The fact you added Ticket Types is just amazing. Truly a game changer. If you could see clear to expand in these ways, I believe the utility would be greatly increased.
