I would really like the ability to add or subtract from a quantity field by the use of a + or - button (beside the field). We have some forms and fields where users select the number of items required, and it would be much easier to use some +/- buttons rather than have to add the amount with a keyboard, especially on a mobile device. This would be true of all extensions, not just Events Booking but also Payment Form etc.
