Allow for Fields to be used/seen by Event creators/owners but not by attendees

When our events team run an event they create information in the form of text and files (spreadsheets, pdf's etc) related to the event. This can include things like menus, event team responsibilities, after event reviews etc. They want to be able to display this information to themselves but NOT to people who are registering/attending. It would be nice to have the option to have one or more fields that the creators can use to store this information.
