Create location inside the 'Manage Event' window was created by spitjack
It is disruptive to have get out of setting up an event to go create a location, and then return to finish. Would appreciate (and be thankful for) the ability to do everything required from a single window.

a 'spit' is a rod upon which savory food was roasted, turned in ancient times by a worker called a 'jack', a middle English word for an ordinary laborer (eg jack of all trades, steeplejack, lumberjack). Today, this is done by a 19th C machine.
