Provide a next step on Registration Failure screen

Currently if a payment fails and the Registration Failure screen is displayed:



the user is abruptly left with nowhere to go. Instead, there should be a better default text (for instance, "We're very sorry, but your registration didn't go through this time around. Please see the information below and click the Back button to try again."), and a button for the user to click on in order to go back to the previous screen and correct the details.
