For Custom Fields, there is a setting for "Depend on Field". Right now, this option displays the Field name as it is displayed in the form (from the Title box).
I'm requesting that this be changed to display the actual value from the Name field (or both) to help prevent confusion.
This becomes an issue when you have multiple Titles that are the same, but being used on different forms.
For example, I have multiple Categories defined. Depending on which category is chosen, you will be presented with a different form. However, some of those form elements share the same "name". I'll use "Template Choice" for this example. If you're in Category A, Template Choice lists the options A, B, and C to choose from. However, if you're in Category B, Template Choice lists the options X, Y, and Z.

When trying to set up these forms, it can get confusing trying to make sure you're selecting the correct Depends on Field option because they're both listed as "Template Choice" instead of abcTemplateChoice and xyzTemplateChoice.
