I'd like to create a volunteer sign-up page.
Say I have an event running for 2 hours but someone needs to man a registration desk an hour before hand, someone needs to run the event and someone needs to tidy up afterwards. Different events would have different needs.
There are a few seperate sites that try to handle this.

seems one of the decent examples.
I might be able to do 80+% of this through a separate calendar? (?category) (Only bit I'm not sure of is swaps)
But i'd want to list the volunteers on the main event page (perhaps a tab?) and a button to allow volunteering?
How easy would that be? Or would calling the registration list for volunteer event within the main event cause loads of issues?
Final request (I don't ask for much
) - collect volunteer 'stats' so that we can reward our best volunteers...
