I have already posted a support ticket about this but thought I would post it on here too for general viewing or solutions:
I believe the QR code is generated from the invoice number so that with a group registration, once the first member's QR code has been scanned at the door, then the next member's code, when scanned, returns "already checked in". Would it be possible to make the QR code generation based on the invoice number + internal ID for example so that the generated QR code is always unique in the case of group registration.
We use a QR code reader app on an iPhone and the scanning function works well apart from the issue of group registration.
