Add invoice link to Community Builder profile

We have EB integrated with community builder, but I had to create a "Registration History" menu-item to allow users to download their invoice once it was marked as paid(they all use offline payment so we mark them paid manually once it's paid). It would be nice if a link to the invoice would be added to their CB profile so that we could remove that redundant menu-item.

And it would be a nice occasion to update the CB plugin so that CB 2.0 stops complaining about that plugin being non-compatible
