Show actual amount BEFORE going to Paypal was created by Stephan Hodges
When a coupon is used, it does not show the amount changed by the coupon.

Please show the amount before going to Paypal, because when you go to Paypal, it marks the coupon as "used", even if the user cancels the payment.

Please add a "Apply Coupon" button, and also add "Coupon Amount" (above the "Gross Amount" final total.
