Would be possible to include a re-sale feature.
Basically something along the lines of this situation:
User 1 registers for an event but can no longer attend.
He re-sells the entry via something forum to User 2 who he does not know.
User 1 logs back into my site and clicks a new button to "transfer entrance".
User 1 enters the email address for user 2 and clicks submit.
User 2 receives an email with a link asking him to register on the site (if needed) and complete all of the registration form and payment details.
User 1 still has a user account but the entry is now owned by User 2.
