How about adding a post event Auto Reminder?
I know of one other event booking system that has a post event reminder (not as good as this one). Why use this you ask? Well how about use it to send a link to a event satisfaction survey or use it to send a follow up thank you note/coupon. Automating the followup process helps me help keep my customers engaged and talking.
