Would it be possible to provide CSV file for group registration, where group administrator could download from your site a CSV, import into his spreadsheet - as headings for spreadsheet. Fill information, save as CSV, and upload to Events Booking?
Other option would be to maintain team lists - so that for future events - team administrator would only select players to enter from a list and all information entered before would be part of their record.
