When a registrant completes a payment for an event through a gateway (we use DPS), they will get a receipt from the processing organisation for the payment amount - let's say $100 for example.

As a non-profit organisation we need to be able to provide a more detailed receipt that breaks down the event payment into separate parts, so we would have Event Cost $30, Donation $70, Total $100. I could do something in the 'Thank You' email but the available tags seem limited, and for an 'official' tax invoice here in New Zealand we need to include Invoice Date, GST (goods and Services Tax) number, Invoice number (unique reference), Registered Charity Number etc.

There may be some way to achieve this but I though I'd drop it into this forum topic to see if any others have the same need, or have found an efficient way to achieve it with the existing system.
