Certain file system for sharing overrides

Hi Tuan, 

First time I see this section
I would love to always share my overrides. 

I can imagine a more structured system could be handy to search in overrides. 
- Subject
- What does it do
- Screenshot/video how it works
- To what category (Events, checkout, payment and so on...)
- What files are overwritten
- Download the files >

And that all files that are used can be commented on if it works or not. 
Now it mixed with quite some different messages as far as I see in a short moment. 

I am considering adding all my custom overrides here if people are interested:

This is just a hobby site to help people.
