Hello,
on my website Google reCAPTCHA does'nt work in eShop, but works fine in Joomla. What could be the cause?
On eShop checkout page no badge is visible, but on Joomla single contact form. Website access is reported on Google reCAPTCHA admin console.
Steps done:
1. reCAPTCHA v3 keys generated and installed
2. eShop installed and configured
3. no badge on eShop check out page, but badge on Joomla single contact form
4. new reCAPTCHA v3 keys generated and installed
5. no badge on eShop check out page, but badge on Joomla single contact form
6. disabled eShop Captchas, selected -none- default Captcha on Joomla site settings, then selected invisible reCAPTCHA and enabled eShop Captchas
7. no badge on eShop check out page, but badge on Joomla single contact form
Website runs with:
Joomla 3.9.20 Stable, eShop 3.3.0
Joomla-Settings:
Site Settings default captcha = CAPTCHA - Invisible reCAPTCHA
Plugin CAPTCHA - invisible reCAPTCHA = enabled, public access, for own domain registered reCAPTCHA v3 site key and secret key entered, tabindex=0, no callbacks
eShop-Settings: system->configuration->option->products: all four "enable X Captcha" set to "yes", with X = reviews, register account, checkout and quote
