Bootstrap 4 - Custom Template was created by elkin cano
Hi ... a suggestion ....
in my case, I'm building a site with Bootstrap4 and joomla 3.9
noconflict.js files - eshop.js
they were loading first than the jquery, because it didn't load either the js or css bootstrap of the component.
manually I have to call it called joomla
JHtml :: _ ('jquery.framework');
before invoking those scripts.
\ components \ com_eshop \ eshop.php [80]

Hello Elkin,
You should go to EShop -> System -> Configuraiton -> Layout tab to choose to load Bootstrap 4 from there instead of default Bootstrap 2.
Sincerely, Giang
