First let me say how much I enjoy working with the eShop component!
I do have one little problem tough...
I run version 1.1.5 and edited the mail the shopper receives after purchase via the file
components/com_eshop/mailtemplates/customer.php - this worked fine, but...
is there any other way to do this?
Then I updated to version 1.1.7 and my customization where gone of course. Now the file components/com_eshop/emailtemplates/customer.php has changed completely and I just can’t find the right one, to make my changes again.
Where is the file now (1.1.7), that generates the customer’s confirmation mail?
We now downgraded to 1.1.5 and everything is back to normal.
I'd be happy for a little hint towards a solution, so we could run the update and send a customized confirmation mail to our shoppers as well - thank you very much!
cheers, renato

I have pretty much the same question. I run 1.2.1. I would like to adapt the mail sent to the customer by translating in German.
Cheers Bruno

Please update EShop to latest version 1.2.3, then go to EShop->System->Messages, you will see the message list there. Click on each of message to edit them. If you site is multiple languages, then you will be able to enter message in multiple languages. If it is single language, then the message that you entered is for default language.
Sincerely, Giang

which is the correct path to the keys?
I have set in "Messages" in a notification email the link to the order Key the following way:
http://[ORDER_LINK]
This gave me after a test order the following customer email Link:
www.dogspiel.info/joomla/index.php?optio...out=order&order_id=5
Clicking on it in the e-mail opens my Firefox-Browser and indicates for a second correctly the above URL but immediately redirects to the following link, which just has " www.http.com " inserted at the beginning.
http:// www.http.com// www.dogspiel.info/joomla/index.php?optio...out=order&order_id=5

You should not use http://[ORDER_LINK], you should only use [ORDER_LINK] because [ORDER_LINK] has already had http:// in it. Please try again.

works fine now... and leads me to the login page for clients. As I'm setting up the shop there are no clients yet in it. I tried to add a test client with one of my e-mail adresses. But on "continue" a somewhat strange dialogbox (attachment) popped up. Do you know what's wrong there?

I am a bit confused about the issue that you said. Can you please submit a ticket to EShop extension to send me the site information so I can go there to check it?
Hope to get your ticket soon.
Sincerely, Giang
