Restrict the management of a single category

Dear Dam,
is it possible to have a user-group be able to manage only a specific category (and its subfolders)?
I looked at category options, but I only found the access level to see that in the frontend.
I also found the "Owner Group Ids" option, but it is unclear to me and there is no trace of it in the official documentation.

You can use Owner Group Ids in this case. User(s) in Owner group will able to manege category at frontend side.
