Doclink broken in administrator in 1.25.0

The doclink editor-xtd button does not work in version 1.25.0.
The reason for this is that the "use" lines in the file administrator/components/com_edocman/view/documents/tmpl/modal.php are in the wrong place, and should be moved to the beginning of the file. Hope this can be fixed in the next version.
