shadow and download not working was created by Peter Bibb

If you go here: www.oasttheatre.com/membership/oast-notes and select view, there is a shadow of the document. This also happens on another site. How do I remove the shadow. Also the download function is not working.

It seems you are using Google Viewer tool, right?

yes, because if I don't I get a 403 forbidden message.

We spent time to check this kind of problem but no luck, it depends on Google Viewer, so we can't do anything in this case.

I have reverted back to the pdf viewer, but get 403 forbidden if I view the doc, but the doc does display if I select the download option...
