Gallery Picture Size Problem

On my system (Xampp) the gallery pictures are display far to big. No thumbnails are created, the plugin is just displaying the full size images, only limited in size by the template.

Have you configured the thumbnail width and height in Edocman Configuration yet?

Yes, i set them to 120x80 px after installation.

where does the thumbnail gallery image get the height from? There is no thumb folder and i cant see any css for this.
