Doc Indexer issues was created by Linda Bennison
Hi, we have purchased PDF Indexer but are having issues. It seems to be stuck on the same PDF file and has indexed it many thousands of times and can't move on to the next documnet. Also from the documents it has indexed none show when searched.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi Grant,
Could you please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. I will figure the cause of issue for you
