"Document Upload" menu leads to ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I try to organize users own documents area for members. 

I have EDocman to manage documents on the web site and if i try to create menu "Document Upload", where user  can upload his own documents ->  it leads to ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS  error (in Chrome.. and others)

I have default settings after EDocman installation. 

Do i need to set somewhere permissions? 

Hi Pavel,
I think the issue has cause from permissions of menus you created. You can submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. I will figure the cause of issue for you.
