Categories List is not sorted correctly

Categories List is not sorted correctly was created by Deborah Petersen
In Configuration I have set the Default categories sort option to Title and the Default categories sort direction to ASC.   I have a menu that uses the Categories List menu type. When I click that menu my categories are not alphabetical by title. Am I missing something?

Please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. We will figure the cause of issue for you.
