Have you thought of adding an archive'ing ability for "Documents", currently the only state options are published/unpublished?
You might be able to port the functionality from the native Joomla articles manager?
Some of the features that would be nice:
- Add archive flag to Documents (not just publish/unpublish, as similar to native Joomla articles function)
- Have a menu item that lists archived only eDocman documents, similar functionality to Joomla articles archive list type (required)
- Have a module that also lists archived eDocman documents, similar functionality to Joomla articles archive list type (optional)
