Hi i would like you improve the "approve new document" feature in this sense:
1) set "approve new document" feature as global and in category settings too; (to approve new document only in specific categories);
2) set usergroups as global and for each category that can approve new document on front end; (just add the "publish" button on front end)
3) send automatic custom message (with tags "name of user uploaded document", "document name" and "category") to the users beloging to usergroups about point n. 2 to advise them a new document has been uploaded and need to be approved;
4) if document requiring approval is assigned to specific user(s) send notification to them only when document has been approved;
5) send message of plug_edocman_notification only when document is approved.
