You are not allowed to view this resource?

I had a customer by something and the link said the following after they clicked the download load button. I noticed after i clicked the link, it to me back to my hompage saying "You are not allowed to view this resource"

I also noticed that it took them back to my mysite.com and not www.mysite.com
