Archive Size (0 bytes) was created by Miguel
The file was upload OK, I see the size on the File Management. But when the document is free downloaded, the size is 0 bytes.
How can I fix this.

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket giving us access to your site so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
