Hi, I have been using DMS with 2checkout plugin on a Joomla 1.5 website since 2+ years. Never had any issues.
Now we did a new website in Joomla 2.5 , installed the latest DMS and installed 2checkout plugin exactly the same way, how the instructions say.
Everything is perfect, the parameters , the secret word, the file on root domain location, the approved url and everything.
The payments work fine. But the orders when paid with 2checkout are not created in the database or DMS . Not the order email goes to the admin and user.
What can be the issue ?
What to do now ? We are losing customers and reputation now. :blush:
