Can the following be added in the next upgrade.
Or can you tell me how to add them manually.

1, Demo field on Upload Page. There is one in admin but not front end.
2, Custom fields for listings.
3, Allow image uploads and not just thumbnails

Reason for Custom Fields is to allow in my case uploaders to add short licence info in Listing details block.
