USPS Option not showing to customers on site was created by Seann Sackett
I installed the Plugin and configured it with user id provided by USPS after registering, but it is not showing on my site as an option during eshop check out

I answered you via email.
I just went to your site to check the settings and figured out that you didn't enter Length x Width x Height value in the USPS shipping plugin configuration. Please go there to enter that value and test again.

Hi I did enter the dimensions, but it did not work, so I took them out.
But I just entered again, and it still does not offer the shipping options to the customer.

Is there any documentation on the USPS plug in
I don't see how I am supposed to configure the Dimensions L x W x H in the USPS Plugin,,,, if all the product orders may have different package/box dimensions. How can you have a one size fits all configuration? Different customers will be ordering different products in different quantities, making the final dimensions of the package to be shipped different possibly every order? And can you give an example of how it is supposed to be done, if there is no documentation

Please submit 2 separate tickets to EShop category, one for UPS and another one for USPS and send me the super admin account to your site there so I can help you to check and find the reason.

The reason because after you opened the ticket, for some reasons, you closed it so I can not see it. Anyway, I just checked your new ticket and resolve it for you.
The reason because you entered wrong User ID for USPS shipping plugin. I corrected it and it works normally.

Having same problem. USPS option is not showing at checkout, although plugin is published. LxWxH are filled in, and USPS API userid is filled in. Wouldn't the USPS password be required, too?
