Dang it, one more question - Like seriously, I search this forum for keywords and nothing comes up for these things.
On Demo listings you have the agent, and their contact form for the listing.
How, and what setting enables that, I am not getting that option.

Hi,
You can open Configuration page -> tab: Layouts and enable configure option: "Show request more info tab" to show the Contact form in property details.
