Today, I'm happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 6.0.2 with the following changes and improvements:
1. Added Task - Helppesk Pro Auto Close Tickets Plugin
This plugin allows you to create Joomla schedule task to close tickets automatically if there is no activities to that ticket after certain (configurable) number of days
2. Improve Email Notification
Added a new setting called Receive Confirmation Email to Text/Email custom field. That allows you to add a custom field on Submit Ticket Form to collect another email address and the entered email there will also receive notification of the ticket activities. This is useful if you want to have another email (beside the person who submit ticket) to receive email notification about the ticket
3. Easier Adding Ticket For Customers From Backend
Now, if you add ticket for customers manually from administrator area of your site, you can choose an existing user for that ticket (instead of having to enter Name/Email of that user manually). That would help creating tickets for users a bit easier
