It doesn't work after installation and configurati

I have installed and configured helpdesk pro but when I click on the menu-item I anly get a blanco page
Please tell me what's going wrong on my site www.bro-man.nl and then helpdesk

I just checked your site and found that it seems there is a problem/bug with the JCE editor from frontend of your site. If I changed setting on your site to use Tiny MCE for example, it will work well.

Please note the issue not only happens with Helpdesk Pro (and it only happens in the front-end), it also happens with Joomla core content component. You can try to login to front-end, try to edit a Joomla article and you will see the same error.

So in this case, maybe you can try to get latest version of JCE extension, upgrade it to your site. Or maybe switch to use a Joomla core editor like TinyMCE.
