download certificates

I am following the steps so that the students can access the web and the certificates are downloaded, but the download icon does not appear. Can you support me please.

We need to check your setup to see what's wrong and correct it for you. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- That registrant account
- Link to the page

We will check and guide you to correct the issue, I believe it's just something wrong with your setup
