Hello,
Is it possible to get a 24 hour notation so instead of 8.00 PM -> 20.00 uur
see attachement ( in full calendar)

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Event Time Format. At the moment, it's g:i a, changes it to H:i and it will be fine. See
www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
to see list of parameters which can be used to format date and time if you want to know more

For fullcalendar, it's actually built by javascript, so the time format is different and you have to control it via menu item parameters
Please edit the menu item which you created to display full calendar, find the parameter Time format Month. By default, it's h:mm a, Change it to HH:mm should help (see momentjs.com/docs/#/displaying/format/ for list of supported parameters)
