Documents don't appear in the back end

Documents don't appear in the back end was created by hadassah
I'm running Joomla 2.5.8.

I installed your latest Documents Seller.

Issue #1: I am able to create a document, but it doesn't appear on the Documents Menu, even though it appears on the front end.

Issue #2: How do I get rid of the Imported Folder that's scanned in?
