is it possible for a registered user to create an event frontend and also edit the payment information for this specific event, so paypal or offline payment are performed for the user who has created that event?

Unfortunately, only PayPal account can be entered for that event in the frontend. For offline payment information, it can only be entered from backend of your site

What file is pulling the bank information for the PDF download with EShop? I believe I will need to also rewrite this for invoices that are sent via E-Mail.

I would have to solve one more problem. When looking at the shopping cart, I can only have products of one user per purchase, so the checkout does not mix 2 invoices belonging to 2 customers or split those invoices.

Do you think this could be accomplished? Any other way to to solve such a setup?

Would it be possible to include an option with a specific EShop product, so checkout will treat this as a seperate invoice for each product that is tagged as such with checkout? Have individual Bank transfer information as well for invoice, connected to the product?

Or instead of having an "add to cart" button, have a button (+ Terms & Conditions, Invoice Address, additional information) that will generate an invoice right away without going through the checkout process. So basically the checkout is attached to the product. Have custom sellers bank information with this specific product as well, that will be pulled for the invoice.

I would purchase a module like that.

Hello Bile,

In EShop, if you use Offline Payment plugin, you can add the bank information into the message which will be sent to the customer after complete order.

The invoice will be also sent to the customer as the PDF format.
