I want to buy OS Property but I am wondering
are the following Features possible:
Building information (ability to customize field)
Building's apartment information (ability to customize field)
Ability to show building history
Ability to show apartment history (the period it was rented and that period was not rented in it - ability to customize field )
Ability to show renter payment history linked with apartment (ability to customize field)
Renter information (ability to customize field)
Any of renter has a contract (ability to customize field)
Ability to show those contract expired or will be expire on 10 days for example, or those their next payment date within 10 days.
Owner information (ability to customize field)
Owner can show his building and its apartment information + its renter payment history
Black list (about renter who is not paying normally)
Ability to show a reports like total of today payment (payment will not be online but only the data will be entered) and so on.
If some of the above Features are not available how much it will be cost to add theme.
