Date format error

Hi Guys

Since upgrading to J4 I have a problem with a custom date field in pm form.

this is the date configuration
  

I have not changed any of these settings since upgrading to J4, I want it to add the date correctly in the form (without the time)
please can you help me resolve this?

I have added a superuser login in the ticket area in case you need to take a look.

Hello Alison

The main question is what template you are using? Some template overrides Joomla core calendar form field, and it has bug and causes this issue

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
